The hydraulic hoses were developed based on the client’s specific technical needs: pressure ratings, routing constraints, and pulse cycles. Every hose was individually tested for pressure endurance before leaving the factory.
The equipment in question—excavators, drills, and loading platforms—operates under sustained load, in tight spaces, and often in high ambient temperatures. That’s where fatigue and performance margins are not theoretical—they’re the difference between uninterrupted work and unscheduled downtime.
Rather than just meeting international standards like SAE or ISO, we aimed to offer added reliability in fatigue life, small bend radius, and pulse consistency— areas where standard hydraulic hoses often underperform in tough field conditions. Our engineers worked directly with the client’s technical team to clarify usage cycles, layout limitations, and fitting requirements.

Each custom hydraulic hose carries a unique batch code linked to its factory test record. Assembly and crimping were handled by experienced technicians, followed by full pressure validation. These aren’t marketing claims—they’re safeguards for mission-critical machines that can’t afford failure.
Language mattered too. The entire project was coordinated in Spanish, ensuring that technical details were fully understood and implemented without error.
