The SL246 ISO 18752-CC Hydraulic Hose, also called a constant-pressure spiral hose or ultra high-pressure hydraulic hose, is designed for high-pressure and high-impulse applications. Reinforced with four plies of spiral high-tensile steel wire, it withstands over 800,000 impulse cycles without leakage. Compatible with petroleum-based, water-based, and biodegradable fluids, it operates reliably from -55°C to +121°C (-67°F to +250°F). Its skiving-free abrasion-resistant cover and tight bend radius make installation easier, even in compact spaces. Available in sizes from 1/4" to 2" (DN6–DN50), this hose is widely used in excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and compact construction machinery.

• Inner Tube: NBR synthetic rubber, resistant to hot oil and hydraulic fluids

• Outer Layer: Skiving-free, abrasion and weather-resistant synthetic rubber for long durability
• Temperature Range: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F); -55°C to+100°C (-67°F to +212°F)
• Available Sizes: 1/4"–2" (DN6–DN50)
