The SLSA262 Super Artery Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose, also known as a high-pressure spiral hydraulic hose, artery hose, or ultra-high-pressure hydraulic hose, is engineered for constant-pressure, high-pressure, and extreme impulse hydraulic systems. Built to ISO 18752-DC standards, it is compatible with petroleum-based, water-based, and biodegradable fluids. Operating reliably from -55°C to +121°C (-67°F to +250°F), it features six layers of spiraled super-flexible steel wire, skiving-free abrasion- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, and tight bend radius, allowing easy routing in compact spaces. Available in 1-1/4" to 2" (DN32–DN51) sizes, it is widely used in shield tunneling systems, mining haulers, hydraulic cranes, and high-impact drilling rigs, providing stable, reliable, and durable hydraulic performance in extreme conditions.

Construction & Materials:
• Inner Tube: CR/NBR synthetic rubber
• Reinforcement: Six piles of spiraled high tensile super flexible steel wire. Four plies ≥ 1 million impulse cycles
• Outer Layer: Skiving-free abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber
• Temperature Range: -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F); -55°C to+100°C (-67°F to +212°F)
• Available Sizes: 1-1/4"–2" (DN32–DN51)
