The SL995 BOP Control Hose, also known as a BOP hydraulic hose, well control hose, or flame-resistant control hose, is engineered for safe hydraulic transmission under extreme conditions, including flame exposure up to 700°C for 5 minutes. Built to API Spec. 16D standards, it operates from -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F) and features multi-layer high-tensile steel wire reinforcement and a flame-retardant, abrasion- and oil-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Available in 1/2" to 2" (DN12–DN50) sizes, it is widely used in hydraulic accumulator skids, remote BOP actuation panels, and flame-zone rated control units, helping operators achieve reliable remote well control and maximum safety in extreme environments.
