The SL994 Flexible Choke and Kill Hose, also known as a choke hose, kill hose, or well control hose, is engineered for critical high-pressure fluid control during well control operations. Built to API Spec. 16C standards, it operates reliably from -29°C to +121°C (-20°F to +250°F) and supports working pressures up to 15,000 psi. Featuring flame-resistant, abrasion- and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber and a stainless steel protective armor, it ensures safety and durability in harsh offshore and onshore environments. Available in 2" to 4" (DN50–DN100) sizes, it is widely used on BOP stack manifolds, choke control panels, kill line loops, and subsea well intervention units, helping operators maintain safe, continuous well control and fluid transfer.

Application:
•Flexible connection for choke and kill manifolds and similar high-pressure systems
•Transfer of oil and gas mixtures containing H₂S and other hazardous gases
•High-pressure delivery of water-, oil-, and foam-based kill fluids
•Suitable for onshore and offshore well control operations, subsea intervention, and emergency kill lines
Construction & Materials
•Inner Tube: HNBR or UPE for chemical and H₂S resistance
•Bore type: Full bore for optimal flow
•Reinforcement: Multi-spiraled high-tensile, ultra-flexible steel wire
•Outer Layer: High temperature, fire- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber
•Protective Layer: Stainless steel armor for flow path protection
•Temperature Range: -29°C to +121°C (-20°F to +250°F)
•Connectors: Integral union or integral flange
