High Temp Air Hose is specially designed for the delivery of compressed air under extreme heat and rugged conditions. Built with a heat-resistant rubber blend and it operates reliably up to 150°C. It maintains working pressures up to 360 psi and provides excellent resistance to abrasion, aging, and outdoor exposure. Available in sizes from 2" to 4" (DN51–DN102), it is widely used in hot air blower systems, asphalt tank ventilation lines, foundry equipment, and mobile drying units.
Description
SL732 High Temp Air Hose
Application: Engineered for the delivery of compressed air in construction, mining, and other heavy-duty industries. It offers outstanding abrasion resistance and long-term performance in extreme heat and harsh environments.
Inner Tube: Black NR and SBR synthetic rubber or heat-resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: High-tensile synthetic fiber with flexible steel wire helix
Outer Layer: Black synthetic rubber – NR and SBR, CR, or heat-resistant compound
Temperature Range: -30°C to +150°C (-22°F to +302°F)
Sizes, pressure ratings, and colors can be customized upon request.
