It resists strong abrasion and alkaline attack, with 2 to 4 layers of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement for stable operation up to 1250 psi. An optional UPE liner enhances wear protection in abrasive media. Operating between -30°C and +82°C, it is available in sizes from 2" to 5" (DN51–DN127) and built for extended service life in rugged pouring environments.

SL700 UPE Concrete Delivery Hose
Application: Engineered for the delivery of concrete and mortar in construction machinery such as pump trucks and spraying systems.
Inner Tube: UPE and black NR and SBR synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: 2 to 4 layers of ultra-flexible high-tensile brass-plated steel wire
Outer Layer: Black NR and SBR synthetic rubber (optional UPE outer wear layer)
Temperature Range: -30°C to +82°C (-22°F to +180°F)
Sizes, pressure ratings, and colors can be customized upon request.
