SAE 100R6 is a single textile-braided hydraulic hose designed for low-pressure applications. It is suitable for petroleum-based, water-based, or biodegradable fluids. It operates reliably from -40°C to +100°C and provides good resistance to oil, weathering, and abrasion. Its lightweight and flexible structure makes it easy to route in tight spaces. Available in sizes from 3/16" to 3/4" (DN5-DN19), it is widely used in return lines for small excavators, ride-on mowers, compact tractors, and hydraulic reservoirs.

Application:Suitable for conveying petroleum based hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, water, and air.
Inner Tube: Black oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement:One layer of braided textile
Outer Layer: Black oil, weather, and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber
Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)
