SAE 100R4 is a suction and return hose reinforced with one layer of textile braid and one helical steel wire, designed for low-pressure systems. It is suitable for petroleum-based, water-based, or biodegradable fluids. It operates from -40°C to +100°C and offers excellent flexibility, oil resistance, and low vacuum loss. Available in sizes from 3/4" to 4" (DN19-DN100), it is widely used in hydraulic reservoirs, oil return lines of agricultural tractors, construction loaders, and industrial vacuum pumps.

Application:Suitable for conveying petroleum based hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, water, and air.
Inner Tube: Black oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement:One layer of braided textile reinforced with a spiral steel wire.
Outer Layer: Black oil, weather, and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber
Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)
